40-30-30 Weight Loss Meal Plan
This plan was designed to assist with weight management by maintaining caloric intake at approximately 1,600 calories per day with a macronutrient ratio of approximately 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat.
The recipes include a Raspberry Zinger Smoothie, Brownie Protein Pancakes, Simple Tuna Salad, Hummus-Crusted Chicken with Turmeric Rice and Spinach, and more!
Recipes are meal-prep friendly and easy to make to increase compliance. The recipes, nutrition information, and grocery list are all included. The entire meal plan is gluten-free.
